Job Responsibilities

• Understand the customer requirements, discuss with vendors/developing team
• Developing the control system concept, block diagram, PLC logic, HMI Screens
• Prepare Electrical Wiring Diagram and BOM
• Prepare Interface document between Robot and PLC
• Prepare Operation Manual
• Interaction with the Electrical / Control systems Vendors to meet project requirement
• System Commissioning on site
• Ensuring Fool proof and Safe Logic delivery to Client
• Simulate and Test Off Line PLC Program
• Interfacing with robots
• Programming/debugging Robot and PLC programs
• Trouble-shooting systems
• Debugging and Preparing Test Reports after Simulation
